The first heat for the friday night lights will be starting at 4pm this friday and will finish after the last athlete finishes if you are intrigued on what it is that we do please drop by and watch. What is friday night lights and how will it work. Each team will have a spirit captain to help them through the 5 weeks. Fnl is a weekly event thrown at five alarm crossfit every friday night for the 5 weeks of the open. You won t find any 1rm snatch or crazy heavy weights.
